Some of the lifestyle eating directions that I have hands on experience with and cooked for are, but not limited to Vegetarian, Kosher, Vegan, Micro Green / Raw, Lo Sodium, Lo Carbohydrate, Fusion and European with a conscious state of mind for health and vitality. I am easily able to research and adapt my culinary skills to all foods including Asian, European and Middle Eastern.
I provide the ability for people to focus their attention to other aspects of their life in the mindset that all of their requirements and viewpoints on food are at the foremost of every decision incorporated in their everyday meals.
I am able to cater to a very wide ethnic pallet, with an emphasis but not limited to healthy pacific rim fusion food for 1 to 30 guests unaided for multiple course dining.
I work on a personable one on one basis with the employer when desired with a relaxed and well tempered personality and a grounded sense of humor.
PHILOSOPHIES
Health requirements due to Genetically modified and enriched foods, are shaping the size of people everywhere, these products are loaded with hormones, artificial stabilizers and preservatives, Partially Hydrogenated Lipid Oils being the largest concern in obesity, all are making the bodies ability to process and burn these poisons almost impossible.
Eating natural, non modified, hormone free produce is one of the first simple steps in healthier living, increased vitality and lower risks of arterial problems.
The next step involved in this lifestyle is a conscious approach to researching everything that you are eating, with emphasis paid on eliminating pre manufactured products, having a hand made individually catered diet with attention paid to quality, is where I feel that I am best of service, with an eye for detail and a passion for food at all spectrums simple or complex to do with your life.
I feel that applying basic fundamentals to every different environment with an open mind to learn is the most effective way to produce your favorite dishes.
